Only one pair came when I paid £27 for a pack of 5. It’s too tight and although I’ve been strung along with promises of more of the socks I ordered I have had no socks or refund

I have just received my knee appliance and the strap does not meet together. I am a female. The strap is 12 and 1/2 inches, as is the strap. When you thread the strap through the loops the gap is even wider. How on earth does it fasten.
